For square plain fabric-

Pick spacing(p)=\sqrt 3 \times d

d=dia of yarn

Cover=\frac{d}{p}

Cover=\frac{d}{\sqrt 3 \times d}

Cover=\frac{}{\sqrt 3}

Cover=0.577

C1=C2=0.577

Fabric cover(C)=C1+C2-C1C2

Fabric cover(C)=0.577+0.577-0.577 x 0.577

Fabric cover(C)=1.154-0.3329

Fabric cover(C)=0.82
