Denier=\frac{Mass throughput rate}{Take-up speed} \times 9000

Denier=\frac{300}{300} \times 9000

Denier=1 \times 9000

Denier of multifilament=9000

Now,
Denier of single filament=Denier of multi filament/No. of holes in spinneret

Denier of single filament=9000/1000
