Warp sheet length=100 meter

Warp stretch % at unwiding zone= 3%

Warp stretch % at wet zone= 2%

Warp stretch % at drying zone= 1%

Length of warp sheet on weaver’s beam=Length Warp sheet x (1+Warp stretch % at unwiding zone) x (1+Warp stretch % at wet zone) x (1+Warp stretch % at drying zone)

Length of warp sheet on weaver’s beam=100 x (1+3%) x (1+2%) x (1+1%)

Length of warp sheet on weaver’s beam=100 x (1+3/100) x (1+2/100) x (1+1/100)
