Final population(A)=10 MILLION

By formula-
A=P(1+\frac{r}{100})^n
10=5(1+\frac{20}{100})^n
2=(1+\frac{20}{100})^n
2=(1+0.20)^n
2=(1.2)^n
n= 3 to 4 years (Ans)
Option A is correct.
