Count of yarn=30s Ne
=590.5/30 tex
=19.68 tex

By definition of the tex-
weight of 1000 meter length=19.68 gram (tex=19.68)

i.e. 19.68 gram of yarn weight have=1000 meter length

1 gram of yarn weight have =1000/19.68
