Given:
Mass of 120 yards of cotton yarn is 3 gram

Let us assume count of yarn yarn(Ne)=X
120 yards cotton length have 3 gram
Then,
1 yard length have=3/120 gm
Now,
X x 840 yard length have=3*840/120

X=21.0
Ne=21.0 (Answer)
