Job Introduction

The National Handloom Development Corporation (NHDC) is a premier government organization in India is hiring Chief manager Commercial that is dedicated to promoting and developing the handloom industry in the country. Established in 1983, NHDC operates under the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India, and works towards enhancing the economic sustainability of handloom weavers by providing support in various forms, such as financial assistance, technology upgradation, marketing, and skill development. NHDC also undertakes initiatives to preserve traditional handloom techniques and designs, promote handloom products both domestically and internationally, and create opportunities for livelihood generation in rural and marginalized communities. With its mission to revitalize and promote the rich heritage of Indian handlooms, NHDC plays a pivotal role in the development and preservation of the handloom industry in India.

Educational Qualification	Degree in Textiles Technology/ Textiles Engineering OR Degree in Textiles Chemistry/Chemical Technology
Desirable Qualification	Master of Business Administration with specialization in Marketing & Working knowledge of computer like MS Office, ERP, usage of internet etc. will be preferred.
Post Qualification Experience	Minimum 14 yrs. Marketing & Technical experience (marketing /production of Yarn ) – for Yarn and (marketing/working experience in a process house – for Dyes & Chemical out of which 4 yrs. experience in the scale of 70000-200000 (IDA) or its equivalent in a reputed organization of Central Govt. /State Govt./ PSU/Private Sector.

Gross Pay (at minimum of basic pay) \| Salary	Rs. 1,31,360 /-p.m. (approx.)
Other Benefits:	In addition to Gross pay (i.e Basic+IDA+HRA) other fringe benefits e.g. Cafeteria allowance, Gratuity, Leave Encashment, Conveyance loan etc. are admissible as per the rules of the Corporation.
