Office of Development Commissioner (Handicrafts) under Ministry of Textiles, Govt of India has announced recruitment of Regional Director (Handicrafts) on deputation basis. The office of Development Commissioner (Handicrafts) is the nodal agency in the Government of India for handicrafts sector. The Office of the Development Commissioner (Handicrafts) implements various schemes for promotion and development of handicrafts sector under “National Handicraft Development Programme (NHDP)” and Comprehensive Handicrafts Cluster Development Scheme (CHCDS).
