By formula of air jet weft insertion,
Drag force acting on yarn(f)Diameter of yarn(d)
f₁/f₂=d₁/d₂
Given in question, d₂=d₁+d₁*20/100=1.2*d₁
d₂=1.2*d₁
Percentage change in drag force(f)=(d₂-d₁/d₁ )*100
f=(1.2*d₁-d₁/d₁)*100
=(1.2-1/1)*100
=0.2*100
f=20 % (Answer)
